Onboarding

Complete your profile setup when you first access the Portal.

First-Time Setup

The first time you reach the Portal, you'll be directed to the onboarding page to complete your profile. Accepting an invitation signs you in as it creates your account, so you arrive here directly rather than by way of the sign-in page.

Required Information

FieldRequiredDescription
First NameYesYour first name
Last NameYesYour last name
PhoneNoContact phone number: country-aware picker (see below)
TimezoneNoYour preferred timezone for timestamps
Organization NameConditionalRequired if you're creating a new organization, or if you signed up with Google/GitHub and own the organization
AgreementsConditionalCheckboxes for whatever your operator has published; required ones must be ticked. See below

The Phone field is a country-aware picker: choose your country from a searchable flag + dial-code dropdown (it defaults to your browser locale), and the number is formatted and validated for that country as you type. It stays optional, and an invalid number is flagged on blur before you can continue. The same field is used on the Profile page.

Type the number as it is dialled from abroad, without the national trunk prefix — the dial-code chip beside the field already supplies the country. A Turkish mobile is 501 234 56 78, not 0501 234 56 78; a UK one is 7400 123456, not 07400 123456. The example in the placeholder is written the same way, and a leading trunk digit you type is dropped for you. Switching country re-formats what you have already typed against the new country's rules.

Timezone Options

Select your timezone for accurate timestamps throughout the portal. The following 10 options are available:

  • UTC
  • Europe/Istanbul
  • Europe/London
  • Europe/Paris
  • Europe/Berlin
  • America/New_York
  • America/Los_Angeles
  • Asia/Tokyo
  • Asia/Shanghai
  • Asia/Dubai

Agreements

If your operator has published a privacy policy, terms of service or similar, they appear as checkboxes on this form. Onboarding is where a Google or GitHub sign-up gives them, because that is the screen that completes the account — there is no earlier form to ask on.

  • Required boxes carry a red asterisk and block Complete Setup until ticked. Each unticked box is marked individually, and a line beneath the form says how many are still outstanding.
  • Optional boxes are marked (optional). Leaving one unticked is recorded as a declined decision, and you can turn it on later from your Profile.
  • Links in the sentence open either in a new tab or in a dialog over the form. Neither ticks the box, and neither disturbs what you have typed.
  • If the wording is republished while the form is open, the submit is refused, the new text is fetched, and the boxes come back unticked with an explanation. Your name, phone and organization name are kept.

Full behaviour, including what happens when an agreement changes later, is in Legal Agreements.

Organization Setup

Joining an Existing Organization

If you were invited by a team member:

  1. Your organization is already set
  2. Just complete your personal profile
  3. You'll be added to the existing organization

Creating a New Organization

If you don't belong to any organization yet (no tenant assigned), the Organization Name field becomes required:

  1. Enter your organization name
  2. You'll become the organization owner
  3. You can invite team members later

Naming your organization

Signing up with Google or GitHub creates your organization at the moment you sign in — there is no screen before that point to ask what it should be called, so it gets a provisional name derived from your email address (for example acme's Organization).

Onboarding is where you replace it:

  • The Organization Name field is shown, pre-filled with the provisional name, with a hint explaining that we picked it for you.
  • Type the real name and complete onboarding. The rename applies immediately and nothing else about your organization changes — your plan, billing mode and credit limit are untouched.
  • This is a one-time window. Once onboarding is complete, the name is changed from the Organization page instead.
note

Only the organization owner is offered this field. If you joined an existing organization through an invitation, onboarding asks for your personal details only — you cannot rename your employer's organization.

After Onboarding

Once you complete onboarding, you'll be redirected to the Models page (/models) where you can:

  • Browse available AI models
  • Access the Playground to test models
  • Generate API keys for integration
note

If you have already completed onboarding and visit the onboarding page again, you will be automatically redirected to /models.

Verifying Your Email Address

When the platform sends you an email verification link, the link opens a confirmation page rather than verifying instantly:

  1. Open the link from the email. The page shows "Verify your email address".
  2. Click Verify email to confirm.
  3. On success you'll see "Email verified" with a link back to login.

The explicit click keeps your verification link safe: some corporate mail systems pre-open links in incoming email, and verification only happens when you confirm it, not when a scanner touches the link.

Notes:

  • Verification links are single-use and valid for 24 hours.
  • An invalid, expired, or already-used link shows "Verification link unavailable"; request a new verification email and use the most recent one.
  • If the page reports an incomplete link, make sure you opened the full URL from the email.

Updating Your Profile Later

You can update your profile information anytime:

  1. Go to Profile in the sidebar
  2. Edit your details
  3. Click Save Changes

See Profile for more details.
